11.2 Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
11.3 Measures Taken
BowTel takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy;
- Alt text for all informational images;
- Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements;
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios;
- Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes;
- Form labels and error messages that are programmatically associated;
- ARIA labels where native HTML semantics are insufficient.
